Mutual Odyssey

sonic_drive, but I never put this on my creative journal for some odd reason. oO;;; So, before it fades humongoidly into obscurity, I'll store it right here with everything else. *nod*

Challenge: Thirty minutes
Shadow & Maria were as desolate as the void and stars before them, separated between the Space Colony and a gorgeous blue orb that floated beneath a wise, neutral quilt. With pools of azure dough and whipped cream stirred like a delicious cake, Earth was adolescent compared to other solar systems. Especially to the meteors from the Big Bang--it took Chaos to create the universe.
The black hedgehog nestled by the young girl's side, both complacent. They had questions, they had dreams. This half-hour Earth watch meant all these things, but if mysteries stayed mysteries, so did the wonder.
