That, and a Geno ficlet. Unfortunately, I seemed to have trouble staying on word topic for this one... oh well, I was inspired. XD Other than that, the title is the only other thing that's bad about this ficlet. XDD Yay, I sucks! XDDD

"This is Star Hill. Wishes, which were transformed at the Star Road, fall from here."
It certainly had been a while since he had been there... it almost seemed like new. Or something so old that when uncovered, it was something different and unfamiliar. Star Hill, in a way, was like that—a place of nostalgia. There were all these stars twinking and smiling at him—wishes, hopes, all from the people of the Mushroom Kingdom and beyond. Dreams which he and other stars helped guide... until the gate to reality was blocked.
"But... some wishes that haven't been granted yet are falling because Smithy destroyed the Star Road."
They say that seeing was believing... yet you see in so many ways. Geno himself never saw Smithy—only Exor as he passed through the Star Road. Through that few seconds, he heard the giant sword laughing in triumph... and among his voice, a deeper, more mocking being howled his victory—followed by the slamming, wicked roar of an iron hammer. That haunted laugh pursued to echo in his mind... next thing he knew, Star Road was in ruins, and no one could've stopped it.
Seven Star Pieces. How funny, that being a lucky number. Seven to repair the Road, seven to bring dreams back, seven to save the world. It wasn't too late, no... he would bring them back, even if it meant death.
"Frogfucius mentioned hearing about a Star Piece on this hill. Let's see if we can find it."
