“Why, hello Sonic!”

A chirpy voice made its way to the room, the pink hedgehog Amy Rose stepping inside. Much to Sonic’s dismay as always.

“You thought I was asleep, didn’t you? I waited for everyone to go to bed so I’ve got the chance to see you alone!”
“Amy! …Ow!”

Amy leaned close to her crush’s face, the blue hedgehog wriggling his hung, cast body and wincing. The girl’s eyes fluttered from excitement to guilt, immediately taking pity. She slid from Sonic’s hospital bed, giving him a soft smile—it just wouldn’t be fair.

“Feel better soon, okay Sonic?”
