A good theme for Frisk and their relationship with the cast overall, but some lines clearly allude to Chara as well.

Unfortunately, fueled by past abuse and paranoia and being young children, Frisk and Chara are desperate to claim the power over their lives that deserted them for so long.

What separates Frisk from Chara and Asriel/Flowey is that they are still alive and possess their soul... they emphasize with the hurt and pain of all the monsters they've killed.
