The peace was broken as soon as the door snatched away, blown to a thousand bits as a bulky form emerged in the room.

"O-Omega!?"

"Caught off-guard" was the understatement of the year--Amy held a pillow over the front of her body, Shadow blanketing his waist with thick sheets around the bed. Not that the furious machine could care any less--all E-123 saw was red.

"Shadow! Did you forget your plans to take over the world with me?"
"P-Plans?" Shadow blinked.
"We were going to live together! You and I are one and one alike--I'll annihilate ANYONE who takes you away from me!"

"Don't you dare, buster!" Amy yelled, reaching for her hammer (which she apparently kept at the bedside in case of any emergency). "Shadow is mine, and I won't let anyone with the likes of you snatch him from me! Besides..."

The pink hedgehog took her partner's hand, placing it gently on her stomach. "You're too late."

The Ultimate Life-Form blushed. "You--You mean you're--!"
She smiled and nodded. "Feel a kick?"
"I...! Oh god--!"

"YOU BETRAYED ME FOR THE LAST TIME SHADOW!" An even further pissed Omega pulled another trick up his sleeve, to which the two hedgehogs gasped in horror. There, cradled in Omega's arms, was a half-built robot bearing the likes of both himself and Shadow--supposedly, he was to have the exact quills of the ebony hedgehog, while inheriting E-123's claws. Glaring in hurt rage, it was like he wanted to drill his lover's stomach with every word:

"It takes TWO to build this robot."
"I--!" Shadow turned to Amy for help, but found none of it--her face burned in anger and rancor, and immediately raised her hammer to hit him.
"You mean to tell me... that YOU had FLINGS with a ROBOT!?"
"I can explain!" But before the black hedgehog could, he was skyrocketing from the hammer, developing a tan bump on his head. He jumped, running for his life as a clobber-happy Amy and a stampeding Omega followed.

"Hahahahaha! And they say I get around!"
"Sonic, it's not funny. You have GOT to help me!"
"Shadow had broken his promise, so it is my obligation to eradicate him!"
"What am I supposed to tell my kid? That his dad sleeps with ROBOTS!?"
"It's not like you didn't have a crush on Gamma yourself, you know..."
"WHAT!?"
"Nothing."
"I dare you to repeat that!"
"I will not leave this robot unfinished! My target is Shadow, and I'll chase him until he's exterminated!"
"I won't have Omega haunt my future family! I can't just leave Shadow, either... Omega'll be after me when he's finished with him!"
"Hey... what do you guys say about having a threesome?"

The quarrelling lovers glowered at Sonic, who immediately waved his arms in defense.
"It was only a suggestion!"

There was a pause.

"Actually..." Shadow said. "That's a good idea."
"Yeah!" Amy jumped. "Now that I think of it! Omega, what do you think?"
"Affirmative!"

So Amy moved out of her apartment and she, Shadow and Omega built a lovely log cabin in the mountains, just in time to be a mother of two: the first child was from Shadow's side, a hot pink hedgehog whom they named Sonia (a fusion of Sonic & Maria's names respectively). When Shadow and Omega finished building their robot, they christened him as Manic. Sonia and Manic grew up smart, healthy and happy, and the entire family lived happily ever after.

Oh, my. It's a good thing they have Sonic there to suggest things like that, as Amy and Omega apparently were not thinking about such action at all. I love how they all agreed so quickly. OMG secret love between Amy and Omega behind Shadow's back ohnoes! XD
