But alas, that's not the main reason we're here. XD Yes, I wrote Sonicfic, it's about Shadow, nobody's suprised. XDD Hopefully, I did him justice—heck, I better be if I were writing him. XDD So here we go, taking place before the final battle with Biolizard...

The earth was there in front of him, and it would be the last time of being so. It used to be a special window to him—the one with the humongous blue sphere full of clouds and life while all the others held blackness and white specks. Maria wanted to go there… so did he. Earth was even more precious now, and it would be gone—just like another certain precious thing. Her dream… she died, her dream too. Now Earth would die… and he would too. And he would find her…
Look Maria, I did it. I fufilled your promise. It was what you wanted, right?
No… something was missing. Shadow knew there had to be more to it—how long could fifty years have been, frozen away from existance? Maybe he didn’t exist—lord knows wether everything he remembered actually came to being. But fake or not, memories were precious… precious as her. Every laugh, every tear, every drop of blood, every explosion, every pain, every star… it meant everything to him, back on that ARK. Without memory, you were nothing—an empty shell… someone’s shadow. And these memories, be they artifical, brought him something… brought him a purpose. Brought him Maria.
Maria… Maria…
Muh-Ree-Uh. Muh. Ree. Uh. It echoed in him… that sweet, bitter echo. It hurt him, it cheered him. Gave him misery. Gave him joy. She brought him everything, she brought him life—even if he was immortal, incapable of physical death, he found he could truly mentally live once he met her.
Shadow… I beg of you…
Memories, like stuck records, in his mind again. But now, it was like missing footage had been found…
Please make the people happy… help them fufill their dreams and hopes… that’s what you were here for…

With a spin, the Ultimate Life Form hover-skated from the room.
I remember… I remember…!
And he would not forget. Ever.
And uh… I meant to mention Amy in the ficlet, (considering she's the only one with a single word of actual dialouge. XDD) but I forgot to mention her near the end. Doh. XD Oh well.
