Let's begin Puri's Earthbound Requests of Doom! pimmy_pim wanted to know what Buzz-Buzz's last thoughts were, so this came up. :o I always wanted to write about the guy. Poor Buzz-Buzz... we wish we knew ye! T-T

Was this free-fall? Sick to his stomach, something pulled his chest and he couldn’t breathe. Bile trickled down his throat, but uncomfortable he was, he couldn’t summon the strength to vomit. With a violent upheaval gravity released his frail figure, leaving him afloat. He felt like a twig snapped in two, yet he wasn’t so small anymore. Was he…?

…He was. In the blue darkness, a ghostly angel past unnoticed, gazing with sympathetic eyes over the sleeping form of Ness. Buzz-Buzz was a bug no longer, bearing a suit and tie in spiritual body. Even if the boy were to wake now, he wouldn’t sense his presence, let alone recognize him. Such was the fate for the messenger from the future.

By serving as prophet, the future was erased. There was no songs, no praise for him… why should there be? There would be no one to remember him; he was permanently bound to the past by death. Nobody knew him from a decade ago, thus he erased himself from time. He never told Ness his real name; what would happen if Giygas followed him here and doomed this world too?

When a bug gets trapped in amber, it survives millions of years in pristine condition. Buzz-Buzz brushed the Sound Stone with his fingers, transferring the echo over Ness’s forehead. Reacting to the music in his head, the Chosen groaned as turned on his side, his troubled state relaxed to a peaceful slumber. Buzz-Buzz lowered his head in acceptance. Ness was a good boy… he trusted him to fulfill the prophecy of the Apple of Enlighten and save the world.

Good luck Ness.

This is really nice. :D I love Buzz Buzz but he doesn't get nearly as much love as he should~ n__n;;

It's fun to theorize about him! :o (You won't believe how long it took for me to make up what might've been his "original" name for him. ^^;;;) I draw Buzz-Buzz as a kinda fireflish type bug, hee hee. ^^
