Alas, Puri might as well share everything she writes, from the good to the terrible. *gag* Let's get the worst stuff out of the way first. Get ready to hang your head in shame everyone!

Title: Like Old Times
Fandom: Pokémon
Characters/Pairings: Dawn/Lucas
Rating: PG-13
Why It Sucks: Possible OOC Lucas. Ewwww.

Lucas worked up the courage to finally tell her... and Dawn loved him. Really loved him. He still remembered the embrace, her smile, the peck on his cheek. He couldn't have been any happier, and yet... there was something more.

Lucas couldn't tell her that. Not when he'd been lucky enough to get this far. But he'd look at Dawn and his heart--well, pants--was sent a flutter. Hormones. Undeniable, but he'd be a gentleman. Not yet, not yet.

So it surprised him when Dawn asked outright. It flustered him, but he maintained his control. This is what he wanted, wasn't it? Yet now that it was happening, he couldn't help but feel a tad insecure. What if he... no, he wasn't afraid of looking bad. He overcame that many times before. Like always, he would be ready.

"Hey... Dawn?" Lucas knocked on the cottage door, waiting for her to answer. This was it, he thought. Think of this like any other Pokemon battle. Like his first battle. Yes.

The door opened a creak, and Lucas peered in. Dawn wore a slender cream nightgown, and let her blue hair fall uninhibited. Her gaze was gentle and seductive, with a glint of mischievousness.

"Are you ready?" she said.
"Well uh... yeah! That's what I'm here for! Er, you know what I mean."
"I do." She widened the door, taking Lucas in her arms and brushing her lips with his. He allowed his hands to wander over her back, relishing in the silkiness of her nightgown. Was he blushing? Yes. Was he nervous? Of course. But as time passed with Dawn by his side, he knew it was like old times; it was another adventure for them. An adventure they'd always taken, free and uninhibited.

Dawn drew apart and played with his beret. "Now let's get those clothes off."
With a giggle, she led him inside.

Title: A Man in Uniform
Fandom: Pokémon
Characters/Pairings: Giovanni/Delia
Rating: PG
Why It Sucks: So rusty it needs steel wool.

Today, Delia Ketchum was busy. She had been working on getting the house spotless; Mimey being great help for that. While the Pokemon cheerfully swept the front porch, Delia retreated to the garden, picking ripe vegetables and sunflowers. Tonight, a member of the family would be home, but it wasn't her son.

She was still fearful of what would happen if Ash ever knew. It was true his father was a Pokemon champion like he was, but knowing the reputation the missing man had, was it worth crushing her little boy like that? Delia herself agreed that her husband's current occupation was deplorable. Yet through all this time, no matter what cruelties and shady businesses he endorsed with Pokemon, he still loved her. She liked to think that. Would he have bothered to visit otherwise? It wasn't like he even spoke of Ash, if at all...

There was a rustle of wings, and she knew it had to be him. Setting down her basket and tidying up, she carried the largest and sunniest sunflowers in her arms and waited by the front door.

Giovanni had flown here; after his Pokemon was returned to its ball, he approached his wife with a solid expression and tipped his hat to her. "It has been a long time, Delia."

Delia's heart was pounding and she felt her lips turn cold. Partly because her husband intimidated her--he always had--but also what he was wearing. Head to toe, he was adorned in a black uniform. Thankfully it didn't have a red "R" emblazoned on it, but even if it had, she was still transfixed by the sheer amount of power such an outfit exuded alone. His boots were a shiny black and made an affirmative pat in the grass; she could already hear them click across her kitchen. She could see the badges on his breast, Earth Badge included, and his officer's hat was enough to make her shiver.

"You're lovely tonight." Giovanni grinned, devious and pleased. "Shall I take off my hat?"
"Th-That won't be necessary." Delia flushed, shaking her head. "Come in! Come in! Dinner's ready! Mimey and I will get the preparations."

Title: A Tip of the Hat
Fandom: Super Smash Bros.
Characters/Pairings: Mario/Peach
Rating: G
Why It Sucks: Romantic gagginess? XD

One would ask, "Have you two had any qualms about fighting each other?"

The answer was simple. If they competed in sports, battle was no different.

"Oh Mario~ Mario Mario Mario~" Peach cooed, holding back her hair as her high heels pressed aboard the Big Blue. "I've known from your adventures you could do more than that!"

"It's a-hard saving the princess and your cap at the-a same time!" The plumber in red answered over the wind, clinging to his hat for dear life at such speed.

"Aww, does that mean you care more for your hat than little old me?" Peach giggled, before she lunged back with a shriek from one of Mario's punches. "Eek! My crown!"
"You were saying?" Mario bowed.
"I don't forgive anyone who makes me lose my crown! Even you!" With a kick from the heel and a whack from a golf club to boot, Mario was smashed to the pavement, barely grabbing one of the racer cars before being lost to the wild goose chase. He sent a fireball; his princess, a turnip. When it came to it, the pair's heads were bared, but only Peach, Luigi, Wario and Bowser knew the plumber's secret: he was good as KO'd without the cap.

"Looks like you'll have to work harder if you want to keep saving me, Mario~!" She smiled after the match, readjusting her crown and returning his cap.
"Yes dear." The plumber blushed, both from defeat and the peck on his nose.

Aww, these did not suck. XD The first one didn't seem OOC at all, Lucas strikes me as the dorky nervous type. I liked the dramatic tension and angst of the second, and the third was just too cute. ♥

Daaaw, thanks. I always felt Lucas had a derpy sort of personality (hell, he owns a Clefairy! XD), it's just... dang, why is it hard to write convincing little boys without making them too stereotypical or wimpy? XD Still, thank you so much~ ♥
