Well! Took me almost an entire year to finish this. XD Started this in March, but I had to fight depression during a lot the months, so that’s a bit of a setback. Not to mention this is also one of the most difficult fics I’ve ever written: I’ve seriously never had so much Writer’s Blocks on one fic before. :o I also had to rewrite the ending around four times because they kept being rushed and crappy. XDD;;; Well, better than nothing right? Right. At either rate, I was inspired by “Phantom of the Opera” and Edgar Allan Poe’s The Masque of Red Death for this fic. It was originally gonna be a short little snippet about either Amy or Sonic inviting Shadow to a dance during a masquerade ball, but since I found masquerades so interesting it seemed like a waste if I just reduced the idea to a drabble, so I decided to put more detail into it, and well… there you have it. XD Hope you guys liked!

Nothing humongoidly angsty or tear-jerking or dramatic. Nothing ZOMG GRANDSCALE EPIC or anything groundbreaking to stand beside Homer. It ain’t “Mario”, but for another fandom: “Sonic the Hedgehog”. Particularly, around a certain ship and its Fanfiction Miseries. Behold…

The Sonadow Fanfic Drinking Game! (Aka, Puri Reads Fanfic About Two Gay Hedgehogs So You Don't Have To)

The Rules are the same as last time:

#1: Look up “Sonadow” on FF.net’s search engine. (Or if you’re REALLY a masochist just plain too lazy, go to Sonadow.com)
#2: An alchoholic beverage. Actually, it's just safer to use milk, (or chocolate, as one pointed out) soda, Sprite, Mountain Dew, or whatever, so go with that.

Not every cliché here is bad (though a lot of them are), and yes, I am guilty of a few of ‘em. *SHOT* And I’ve read decent fic that used at LEAST a couple of these. It all depends what kinda writer you are, and what tastes you have…

And now, the general Sonadow Populace is going to HATE my guts now. XD Hoo boy.

I use pronouns too much. XDD That, and screw up my sentences in a confusing mess because of it. XD Oh well, it's been a while since I did a 15-Minute-Ficlet, and I need to catch up. Maybe I could write something "Starfox" related, but I'll wait by playing more SFA and praying my brother hadn't fryed the N64 to the point where it burns out on me while playing SF64 after forever. Hey, had to be done sooner or later. XDD That, and... this. XDDD
